We provided architecture and engineering design, plans, specifications and contract & bid documents for the construction of a ship repair and supply facility in the Port of St. Paul Is., AK. The scope included site improvements and design of an two-story building consisting of four marine service and repair bays, a supply storage area, a ship supply store, staff offices, kitchen and restrooms. This project serves the Aleut Community of St. Paul Island, with partial funding through a grant from the US Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA). Site Improvements include new water and sewer mains, electrical lines, drive-way and parking for 19 vehicles
